RMT Injury & Recovery was started to help clients with their recovery from injuries and to improve their quality of life.

After serving over six years in the Australian Army and a Deployment to Afghanistan as a high-risk search team commander. I sustained a number of injuries that required numerous surgeries. As part of my rehabilitation, I experienced the benefits of manual therapy and dry needling and how much they can improve your quality of life. This inspired my decision to become a Remedial Therapist so I can provide those benefits to others.

I completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage and Dry Needling qualification with CPD health courses.

I have a passion for training, functional fitness and nutrition, as well as Golf and riding motorbikes.
